Hi Jim,

Thanks for the friendly dialogue in email. Volcano (Mwende Evande from Cameroon, Africa). with whom I've emailed before about his interest in free-to-students' OCW.MIT.EDU -centric Bachelor degrees at WUaS at some length, emailed yesterday asking how to register to begin a Bachelor degree in CS. While I'll email him inviting him to send in the courses he'd like to do in the first year, and his high school and other transcripts (per WUaS Monthly Business Meeting and Larry Viehland), To help him today, I'd like to be able to offer him something first in January like these Google courses, and even as they might emerge over the next four years for degrees even, and engaging CC-4 MIT OCW - 

 courses from Google - 
...and I'd also like to offer him a great first year required Humanities' course (per MIT Global Humanities' conference, and Reed College) ... https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Humanities (even accessible from here as a course catalog, first in English) ...  to help him today too. But these are not quite 'there' yet for WUaS.

Focusing comes with writing, daily web logging, and WUaS wiki Subjects for example. I take a kind of Quaker 'way will open' approach too (inner Light non-theistically Friendly too), sitting in the morning on meditation with parallels to in the Harbin's warm pool) which facilitates inner releasing action and attunement (or Quaker Silent Meeting, with related cultures, and Yogically or Taoistly too). Helping people daily, and with free universal wiki people to people education too, is part of this. Aging reversal genetic drug therapies, and potentially ending poverty with UBI EXPERIMENTS to distribute a single cryptocurrency backed by most central banks, and much of this explored further brainstorming wise in a developing realistic virtual earth for history & STEM, are further facilitated by IT coding and related language (focusing too). And with aging reversal genetic drug therapies, perhaps I'll be able to help people with the energy of a 25 year old, or similar.

(Interesting research, social justice, justice and law possibilities with Actual-Virtual Harbin Hot Springs' Ethnographic and STEM field work, and ~200 law schools online at WUaS ... re some of these focusing questions too). Here's one direction I head in re justice -

Appreciating your ethics, Jim, of seeking to help someone every day, and regarding its sociality, so thanks for sharing this 'philosophy' of yours. (Am reminded a bit of the song sung among Quaker Friends "Love is something if you give it away, you end up having more ... it's just like a magic penny" ... and of George Alexander MDs cynical observation, whose widow is a Quaker, that 'love and $2.15 cents will get you a cup of coffee' (which he could have heard from an analysand, for all I know ...) ... and where George described himself as 'amoral' ... as a languages-oriented Lacanian psychoanalytic psychiatrist MD, where this may have been a philosophy that emerged for him too, language-wise, in his extensive clinical Lacanian psychoanalytic practice). But I don't think you're talking about love, JIm, but rather seeking to help someone every day, so thanks.

Thinking about Canyon 94516


Good morning my wonderful mother, All,


Thanks for talking last night.

Am not sure about the wisdom of considering moving to Canyon in the spring. 

With a life partner and to begin a family potentially would change dynamics, but I don't know about the possibility of 'cleaning it up' (re the good and the bad, culturally and re shared values) and regarding the state of California legally (& re law enforcement) too, given its potentially terrible history (was that the word you used?) and for more than a century. While some nuns (why and who initiated this?) moved into the nearby McCosker ranch (1/2 mile away) a few years ago, which didn't seem to have had any effect on some of Canyon's ethics, I wonder about Yoga, QuakerQuaker (social justice-wise too), UU and MD psychiatric thinking, and even related good or excellent networks of people, MDs, thinkers and people trained in mental health and excellent MD psychiatry, and Education too. Canyon critters are resistant to learning as a culture (re the 'briar patch' idea in the story of Br'er Rabbit too), and may take pride in this too (which independence thinking can have merit too). Were I to move in again, 'compartmentalization' could make sense, but Canyon critters in my experience go across boundaries, and 'compartmentalizing one's mind' is just a metaphor, a would depend on my partner, and while I agency-wise stayed disengaged or disentangled ... I wouldn't necessarily want compartmentalization to lead to isolation ... 


But WUaS Monthly Business Meeting is coming up in an hour or so

And could WUaS begin to grow financially sooner than later, after getting charity 501 c 3 IRS status in 2010 first (with the IRS ruling year of 2014) ... Ongoing whistle blowing about Stanford, Berkeley Law, SF QUAKERs, Canyon, Reed, Harbin + in some of these regards ... see blog - and regarding this new fascinating "What's Wrong With Harbin Hot Springs" letter or article I found yesterday about Harbin - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/11/common-milkweed.html?m=0 - ... If WUaS Corporation doesn't grow, it's good to have a backup, besides good family and friends, so thanks for mentioning questions of Trusts. Here is some related information I just searched on and found - https://investor.vanguard.com/investment-accounts/trust-accounts for information. I think Vanguard could make Trust accounts relatively simple, and even online. A socially responsible stock mutual fund, if thinking about aging reversal and centuries ahead, re risk lessened over the long term? Thinking wise, the Vanguard FTSE social index mutual fund https://investor.vanguard.com/mutual-funds/profile/overview/VFTAX ? But tax issues are key in all of this I think - and regarding developing USA and CA and PA law ... and good to talk with a counselor about perhaps.  Could the Vanguard FTSE mutual fund, with tax considerations, be better than a Bond fund, or an asset allocation model too ... For quite or very long term ...IF ??? :)

Further, 
Ma, I might invite a friend up to Lake county for a postponed 2 book signings in public libraries of my first big book "Naked Harbin Ethnography," again, after 2016 or 2017 ... Ongoing whistle blowing about ethical wrongdoing at Berkeley Law (which law instructor betrayed me and in saying he'd write the articles of incorporation for the WUAS Corporation too, but I think not being able to ... or knowing how to ... 2 long semesters in his office, and a lot of pain re his wrongdoing too) ... Calling for abolition of the illegal sex industry internationally as a consequence ... Might this put UC Berkeley Law out of business? Unless Harvard Law took 'ownership' of Berkeley Law like sports' teams? ... Is there a way that Toyota itself could manage the franchise of Toyota Palo Alto Magnussen's if they're going through changes (and since I'll probably continue to head back there ... even regarding the $300 bill they charged this past time ... and maybe unscrupulously ... and being quite impoverished, yet appreciating in general the quality of work there at Magnussen's ... thank you ... Occurs to me upon getting Jim Spohrer's email to some of my questions (where he was turning quite red newly in some of the ISSIP workshop Session inexplicably) that he 'bit' ... like a halter bit. Just a thought - that he's engaged in thinking about safety and WUaS. But it leads me to wonder regarding, not the 'tea culture' in the air of the British Isles, but perhaps of the ranch culture of Moraga and Canyon (and as I drove by a potentially pretty 25 year old wearing a mask standing at a bus stop across from the high school that Byron and Cindy's daughters went to) that meeting a 25 year old from around those parts, who might have even grown up around horses, that a horse 'taking a bit' could be a metaphor for some women around there - and a way to think about connecting (different from inviting someone out for a cup of coffee on the east coast or Europe for example) ... Could be great for possibly connecting along with talking if someone was looking for a partner, and Byron and Cindy knew her parents for example. Might she even be a MD? Just brain storming - how else to connect and regarding the spark or shine Susan and Anke had for me when we were getting to know each other. Hmmm ... Circulation ... Heading out for a walk soon :)

Yes, there's much relevance for CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World University & School regarding both Humanities, planned in 200 countries and in their main languages, for free-to-students' degrees - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Humanities - and regarding building further MIT networks, even eventually hiring MIT graduate students and postdocs ... And this morning's WUaS Corporation Monthly Business Meeting (WUaS too as a whole) is a further Friendly development of this, as its President and Presiding Clerk (in a good Quaker sense as well, re a kind of service listening, and STEM science too).

Yes, I'm still circulating in seeking a life partner and to begin a family, potentially a MD (AND learning from or building upon past previous loved friends, A & S in particular) but it's a new world after 18 months of non-genetic Non-epidemic self-quarantine, and 13 years before that living in Canyon. Haven't heard back from Byron and Cindy yet either in these regards.

Yes, Friends (re ethics too, & SPICES, and caring) or friendly cultures seem not very widespread in the SF Bay Area but Stammtisch and ongoing teaching and learning and information sharing may perhaps help grow friends further. Risk taking and aversion are part of this. Quality caring are things I've learned from my mother (but also to take risks from my Dad, and to aim for excellence too, hence CC-4 MIT OCW-CENTRIC WORLD UNIV AND SCH in part).

WUaS will perhaps become financially operational because of THE WUaS Corporation possibly working with the state of California and listing on the Silicon Valley long-term stock exchange the Stanford Mine Pi cryptocurrency for free universal education and to end poverty via UBI EXPERIMENTS TO all 7.8 billion people in most of all 200 countries backed by most of their central banks, but this may also take a while. Didn't hear back from the state of California FTB twice this week in the Canyon 94516 USPO after getting and paying a tax bill for 3 years recently (and getting 3 other duplicate tax bills in one way or another), even though Robert Morgan at the FTB said he'd send something about this I think on paper. Will wait a few days further or ignore these other bills per conversation with Larry re WUaS Monthly Business Meeting.

Sounds like four things to me:

(1) interacting with people is sometimes frustrating.  Especially car repair people.  I have cultivated patience for this.  It is hard.

(2) you are still searching for a safe place to live. People are very different in terms of happy simple life living.

(3) and not mentioned, but you are still looking for a life companion.

(4) you are still working to help the world by bringing the vision of WUaS into reality.

Thanks for the friendly dialogue in email. Volcano (Mwende Evande from Cameroon, Africa). with whom I've emailed before about his interest in free-to-students' OCW.MIT.EDU -centric Bachelor degrees at WUaS at some length, emailed yesterday asking how to register to begin a Bachelor degree in CS. While I'll email him inviting him to send in the courses he'd like to do in the first year, and his high school and other transcripts (per WUaS Monthly Business Meeting and Larry Viehland), To help him today, I'd like to be able to offer him something first in January like these Google courses, and even as they might emerge over the next four years for degrees even, and engaging CC-4 MIT OCW - 

 courses from Google - 
...and I'd also like to offer him a great first year required Humanities' course (per MIT Global Humanities' conference, and Reed College) ... https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Humanities (even accessible from here as a course catalog, first in English) ...  to help him today too. But these are not quite 'there' yet for WUaS.

Focusing comes with writing, daily web logging, and WUaS wiki Subjects for example. I take a kind of Quaker 'way will open' approach too (inner Light non-theistically Friendly too), sitting in the morning on meditation with parallels to in the Harbin's warm pool) which facilitates inner releasing action and attunement (or Quaker Silent Meeting, with related cultures, and Yogically or Taoistly too). (Am reminded a bit of the song sung among Quaker Friends "Love is something if you give it away, you end up having more ... it's just like a magic penny" ... and of George Alexander MDs cynical observation, whose widow is a Quaker, that 'love and $2.15 cents will get you a cup of coffee' (which he could have heard from an analysand, for all I know ...) ... and where George described himself as 'amoral' ... as a languages-oriented Lacanian psychoanalytic psychiatrist MD, where this may have been a philosophy that emerged for him too, language-wise, in his extensive clinical Lacanian psychoanalytic practice).
