Cucumber tree: How to DESIGN a SOLAR CAR, combining the Nissan Leaf's 73 mile range, 4-6 hours charging time and legal roadworthiness, with the Solar SUNNev's light weight, and legal road worthiness on Maine backroads, vis-a-vis WUaS's Solar Vehicle wiki page, and bring it to market for learning purposes?

How to design a solar car, combining the Nissan Leaf's 73 mile range, 4-6 hours charging time and legal roadworthiness, and broad, consumer appeal, with the already solar, Sunnev's light weight, and legal road worthiness, off-the-shelf, Do It Yourself, albeit funky, on Maine backroads, vis-a-vis WUaS's Solar Vehicle, wiki page, (and bring this to market for learning purposes)?

Near Crissy Field and the Beach Hut Cafe in the National Recreation Area near San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge, I saw this a few days ago: with two electric chargers, from solar energy as well as wind energy from 3 windmills (you can only see one windmill here), and charging two hybrid cars. (See, too: http://www.homepower.com/articles/vehicles/all-electric/golden-gate-green - which I may add to WUaS's Electric and Hybrid Vehicles).

Add a solar trailer to all of this, like a large 18 wheeler truck for solar panel exposure, and as much light weight battery storage inside for efficient energy to weight ratios?

In searching for how to design your own car, I found these links -

both of which I may add to WUaS.

How then might WUaS hire the faculty eventually who enjoy designing solar vehicles, and collaborate with Nissan, or similar, for example, to bring a viable, consumer-friendly, solar car to market?
