Sunflower: Yoga is a relationship with one's neurophysiology, "Excellent review in Nature of 3d human brain cultures (human neural organoids) ...."

Yoga is a relationship with one's neurophysiology, one's inner body chemistry ... asana (poses) can harmonize ... with one's consciousness (as awareness) if you like ... (and re humans as primates and as having culture/discourse/language - which is different from the cultures/discourses of the great apes, such as orangutans, chimps and gorillas, for example - with which we share the most genes in common - and how this influences human neurophysiology). Yoga can bring health and well being re our experience of our own neurophysiology.

I like Angela and Victor's concept of "inner body" in these regards ... which they explore fulsomely in their teachings and yoga courses ... and this is partly about un-learning (and they are hippies and artists too).

By neurophysiology, I mean ... see the

"Neurophysiology" wiki subject (at wiki World University and School) -
http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Neurophysiology

as distinct from STEM "Neurobiology" (say, at MIT) -

See, too, re neurophysiology ...

which also can be learned, I suggest, and is different from "Yoga is a relationship with one's neurophysiology."

Re learning to elect loving bliss neurophysiology, here are some beginning explorations of this:

How will such brain chemistry get modeled in a 3D realistic virtual earth with species, and at the cellular and atomic levels - and with regards too to the STEM cultures that generate this modeling ...?
