Rose: What single MIT OCW course might be suitable for training T-shaped professionals (with depth and breadth of knowledge) toward a certificate and in terms of industry-university collaborations?, WUaS will explore offering these courses individually for certificates and as part of WUaS Bachelor in a business major), and Ph.D. degrees while planning to accredit on MIT OCW in 7 languages and CC Yale OYC) and eventually in all countries' main languages for online university degrees.

I gave a keynote talk at GCP NEXT a couple of months ago, and as part of that, I demoed this nice visual explorer that folks at Google built to demonstrate the Cloud Vision API. You get to fly through a point cloud of tens of thousands of images, annotated and clustered automatically by Google's Cloud Vision API. As of today, this demo is now released to the public, so you too can play with it (requires a relatively recent version of Chrome).

You can learn more about the Cloud Vision API, which is now in GA ("General Availability") at https://cloud.google.com/vision/

I'm not in a position to help with your property claim, but World University and School, an online educational project I'm developing, is interested in developing an online university in Ghana in its main languages, and wiki (like Wikipedia) schools in all languages in Ghana. The free Creative Commons' licensed University degrees would be based on Massachusetts Institute of Technology OpenCourseWare's ~2300 course in English - http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm - and partly in video - http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/audio-video-courses/ - but much more, and in fun ways, and focused on becoming economically beneficial to Ghanians. 

World University and School would like to create "education in your country" (per your email) for you that is highest quality and leads to your own economic success. 

Here's the beginning of the Ghana World University and School - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Ghana - not yet in Twi or other main languages in Ghana, but with plans to expand into all languages in Ghana beyond English and for free learning and degrees.

The third extensive meeting on drought mitigation took place with the CM of Karnataka & officials from the state.
