Looks like the Zelle transfer of 1000 of 2350 went through. (Thanks for letting me know there's a fee for off street parking, and another for the washer and dryer machines, and that air conditioning is possible in the. Summer months, and that getting Internet would involve getting it among Stefan and Frederick, none of which I think I will do). 


I'm also glad it all seems to have come together at the last minute, having just found the Craigslist listing early this morning. I like the people I've met so far ... and glad Xi Mei that your kids play violin and piano (I think) ... Is the city you are from, Tianjin - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tianjin the 3rd largest city in China? Is Mandarin the same as Traditional Chinese and see these great courses at CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU (https://mitocw.ups.edu.ec/courses/translated-courses/traditional-chinese/) in Chinese which Work World University and School would like to offer Free WUaS degrees with ... And might you, Xi Mei be interested in growing China World Univ & Sch either as Wiki schools or for free degrees or similar, for example?
