Big Tree: Practicing Yoga Changes Your Neurophysiology, The Harbin Pools Do Too, Called Contact Imrpov Jams

In thinking about yoga, I think practicing yoga poses changes your neurophysiology, and can lead to great bodymind neurochemistry as well as make your bodymind fit.

I hypothesize that the bodymind can make inferences about human social behavior that can affect people's and bodymind's neurophysiology in a way that leads to tension, etc., and yoga (regularly practice), or the Harbin Hot Springs' pools, can transform this neurophysiology.

The Harbin pools change my neurosphysiology, as well, but more with the relaxation response and through these pools' beauty, and the mostly naked people - some who are cuddling - all normalized, than the effects of doing yoga poses.

I posted this sign for a short while on the Harbin Ride Board this Sunday, at a friend's suggestion. Later, another friend suggested the good idea of posting it in Fern (community) kitchen.

The Harbin community, its visitors and the beautiful Harbin valley, as well as its buildings, make it uniquely ripe for this kind of thing.
