Hi Comfort,
it would be great for high achieving Uganda high schoolers in particular to learn all of this at the new Uganda WUaS, and for free and CC MIT OCW / Yale OYC-centric degrees - http://worlduniversity. wikia.com/wiki/Admissions_at_ World_University_and_School - in addition to all Ugandans wiki (editable web page) teaching to each other in all of the languages in your home.
WUaS would like to become the Harvard of the Internet in the official languages of all 200+ countries offering free bachelor, Ph.D., Law and MD degrees, - as well as CC free high school IB diplomas in the UN languages.
Let's turn these beginning universities and schools into flourishing online learning communities with thousands of Ugandans in ALL of its languages teaching and learning to each other, and for free Yale OYC and MIT OCW-centric degrees in main languages there!
Kind regards,
Scott
