M,

I feel honored that MIT Media Lab Director Joi Ito just got back to the newly emerging WUaS Corporation - we filed the initial Articles of Incorporation on April 21st - about becoming a strategic advisor (although unfortunately he doesn't have time; he is just becoming a strategic advisor at Sony, moving off the Board there, congratulations on having a baby, Joi!). I've posted our emails about this below. It is nevertheless a major kind of approval, as I see this. Invited Stanford's John Hennessy and Harvard's Charlie Nesson to join the Board recently too, but haven't yet heard back.

Talk to you soon.

Sincerely, Scott

Thank you for letting me know, Joi,

I feel honored in your very busy life as an extraordinary director of the MIT Media Lab that you replied. {World University and School and/or the WUaS Corporation would love to find someone from MIT / MIT OCW to join one of our Boards, but I'm not sure how to go about this}. Thank you.

Best regards, Scott

Hi, Scott,

Thank you for inviting me to become a strategic advisor to WuAS, but I simply have no time for any new advisory roles.

Best of luck with your new venture.

Joi's message has parallels for me with my applying to Media Lab faculty position:

Commelina communis: Massachusetts Institute of Technology "Program in Media Arts and Sciences Faculty Search," I hope my applying to teach at MIT supports my getting World University and School started (where I hope to teach as well) financially, as the "Harvards of the Web" in all 200 countries' main languages for free CC Uni and high school degrees, and as wiki schools in all 7,943 languages

Joi's message also has parallels with the Piobaireachd "I Got A Kiss Of The King's Hand" {https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyTbY1kuiwU}

Aurora: Played the Piobaireachd "The Company's Lament" through entirely yesterday before Scottish Country Dancing in St. Clement's beautiful courtyard, Playing this at my Uncle Ted Brown's funeral, SCD & Piping sheet music differences, WUaS Corp Team, Glad to have video conference appointment with Dr. Sanjeev Arora and Project ECHO, "My 11-year-old son auditioned at Juilliard, and we both learned a lot about how top performers practice," Good further insights into practicing and re the World University and School "Practicing - Playing a Musical Instrument" wiki subject for open teaching and learning ....

Online accreditation - WASC senior example for Bachelor's degree (June 2017) ...

"CBU Online is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Senior College and University Commission. Many prospective students are uncertain about which college degrees employers or universities will accept. CBU Online's accreditation by WASC means you can be confident that your CBU Online degree is recognized and respected by schools and companies across the country."

In what ways might it be possible to explore collaborating further with Stanford in growing, especially Medical Schools (with teaching hospitals) and Law Schools online in countries' official and main languages in these regards?
