Blazing star: Medical Blockchain and Regulation, Think Google's Project Baseline (which is partnering with Stanford and Duke) into online teaching hospitals, with Project ECHO (MD specialists to rural populations in group video with a mentoring aspect) into online medical schools, Universal Basic Income if WUaS can facilitate an UBI to emails / phone numbers in each of all ~200 countries' official languages for 7.5 billion people (some portion re PLANNING for this), with the cryptocurrency somehow backed by ~200 central federal banks), Wikipedia is in 301 languages, with 291 being active ... (but I agree somehow that they aren't accessible in a wiki 'fast' way any longer, being somehow siloed ) ... an opportunity to create 7097 living languages' wiki communities via WUaS as I see this)

Dear E,

Thanks for your fascinating presentations.

I shared this with T and R, - the fascinating Harvard BKC talk from Tuesday, (which should become available again potentially in 2 weeks) -

governance and regulation in the land of crypto-securities (as told by cryptokitties)
featuring founding members, dieter shirley and alex shih

See, too, re the Blockchain conceptually, this recent book talk by Primavera De Filippi also at Harvard Law BKC in video  - https://cyber.harvard.edu/events/2018/04/DeFilippi - which video is already accesible.

I appreciate your medical blockchain presentations re questions of FSMB regulating of doctors in states in particular, and re World University and School's planning to have online CC-4 MIT OCW-centric (wiki) online medical schools with online teaching hospitals for online clinical care in each of all ~200 countries' official languages. (But MIT doesn't have a Medical School, or a Law School) Think Google's Project Baseline (which is partnering with Stanford and Duke) into online teaching hospitals, with Project ECHO (MD specialists to rural populations in group video with a mentoring aspect) into online medical schools - and potentially building the first two years of online WUaS medical school OpenCourseWare out of the New England Journal of Medicine's online continuing medicine Education (CME) - and for translation too (eg into Cambodian, and Zimbabwean languages for online medical education and clinical care, etc.). WUaS is seeking to build out of Stanford Medicine (and Stanford Law for online law OCW too), in these regards, too.

(WUaS in seeking to create online medical libraries in each of all ~200 countries' official / main languages - and especially for Africa and Jamaica, for example, may also seek to explore collaboration with K.L. and Lexis Nexis. WUaS is also exploring facilitating with our developing online law schools an emergent cryptocurrency with blockchain for all 7.5 billion people, as an Universal Basic Income - and may seek to come further into conversation with D.R. and Sovrin about this - with many implications for identity ... if WUaS can facilitate an UBI to emails / phone numbers in each of all ~200 countries' official languages for 7.5 billion people (some portion re PLANNING for this), with the cryptocurrency somehow backed by ~200 central federal banks).

As I also mentioned I've talked with Stanford Medicine's Chair Bob Harrington about this, - and his wife, also a Professor of Medicine at Stanford, Rhonda Larsen, focuses on Physician Assistants' development and education at Stanford. WUaS may seek to combine creating both online MDs, defining this anew, as well as online PAs, in Project ECHO.

How best to talk further about possible online FSMB regulation of online WUaS MDs in each of all ~200 nation states and their official main languages - and working with Medicine Boards in all countries (e.g. in Zimbabwe, about which there's a Stanford Resident who has taken the Medical Boards in Zimbabwe, for example)? Through Stanford Medicine and Stanford Law perhaps?

(I was accepted at the University of Chicago for college, but chose to go to Reed College instead).

Thank you, Eric.

Best regards,
Scott
