What could "It's Happening" and "I can give you a hand with moving" refer to from my friend Ed, I wonder, - and at the end of this month (and 3rd lease, in 'safe house' this time month-long)?

A home, a place for you to come and visit, an Academic Medical Center with Warm Water Cure and Physical-Digital experiments at WUaS? A place where I might meet a life partner with whom to begin a family, and friends with whom to play? ... in Canyon?

I find some optimism in Ed's "it's happening" ... but to be seen ... Going placidly (Desiderata-wise), and keeping Work World University and School in mind, either in the SF Bay Area or possibly back east if the state of California and federal government legal processes are not working.
