Thanks to your sharing the readings, I got and have read first chapter of Richard Rorty's new book last night at Barnes and Nobles -

Gives me new ideas about that American philosophy of pragmatism - re religion (my major at Reed) in the first chapter, which philosophy of pragmatism Rorty rewrote significantly, and where Rorty may have transformed philosophy itself profoundly. It's a pumpkin from a book (and Happy Halloween), and I will share a pic later. :)

Am planning to further develop my Harvard Smartphones, Wearables & Health Symposium's 1 slide presentation for F 11/5/21 - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/10/uluru.html - (and submit it by tomorrow's deadline).

(I've sometimes wondered too about the radiation from Smartphones - experiencing something in these regards - such that I keep this phone and the last one in the other room when I sleep ... But I may use this bag on my person now when I get it. Thanks!)


Regarding the Fitness Tracker Smart Watch, I wonder whether such a device could eventually add aging reversal genetic drug therapies to our bodies through watch-to-skin contact ... (and I've blogged one other time about this, but haven't found this yet).

Some new thoughts I just found about how aging reversal genetic therapies might work, from George Church (is he a genius, like Richard Rorty ... where it's very difficult to say what 'genius' is ... :)
