But I'm a bit wary on both fronts  ethically  ... yet pragmatically, if they were interested and available, I think WUaS would be able to navigate and even possibly teach about such issues, (partly from Quaker, Unitarian, Methodist, legal, abolition, psychiatric, and other ethical perspectives ... but am not sure about how to navigate Fettes College's history of abuse, which new head of school Helen Harrison mentioned at the beginning of the AGM of the Old Fettesian Association - and re her calling for Full Boarding at Fettes post-pandemic; am concerned what the "Full Boarding Experience" there might entail in some quarters, and how to stop the creation of victims, and of innocents and minors, for example. These aren't easy issues for Fettes to control, or to navigate).  WUaS might however be able to build out our online MD psychiatry department at Fettes even as a way ahead.


Could we collaborate with better dream teams, somehow? 

Also, I'm submitting a presentation to the Harvard Medical School by later today, and am likely to fill out the form with "World University and School of Medicine" re the the World University and School Online Medical School(s) - see below. Thoughts, questions, ideas, suggestions?

"Actual-virtual, physical-digital Harbin Hot Springs' ethnographic & STEM projects, and digital research regarding brain processes (at the cellular and molecular levels too), in the Harbin warm pool will be synthesized and modeled as data in a single realistic virtual Harbin, Earth, Universe (think Google Street View with Time Slider, Maps, Earth, TensorFlowAI, Translate with species & individuals, as realistic Avatar Bots, even for precision in planning tele-robotic surgery). A) Brainwave headsets will be used to further EEG brain research into the brain, as these headsets then stream new data via WiFi into a single realistic virtual earth with avatar bot and into their avatar bot electronic medical records, (planned for 7.8 billion people on the planet, each a Wikidata Pin #). This research has a long term horizon, as both the chips and sensors develop, as well as the virtual brain, and body mind, software for modeling, iterates. B) Subjects will also, in smartphone technology into digital masks, view and interact with, as actual and virtual hot springs, for visitors, immersed, such as in the Harbin warm pool. C) Wristlets such as the Apple Fitbit 5 will be used to study meditation effects of the relaxation response (Herbert Benson MD 1975) in warm water, of both the Harbin warm pool, as well as at home in bathtubs, relating to oxygen levels in the blood. Results relating to Ai) EEG signals "when a group of neurons experience this change in electrical impulse, they generate an electrical field which resembles a small vibration and which can be then detected on the scalp by an EEG sensors," and regarding subtle eye movements too (such as with Brainfingers.com), Bi) brainwave headset from viewing a hot springs regarding virtual interactivity, and Ci) the relaxation response meditation, will be integrated. These 3 examinations make possible approaches to scientifically studying the effects of visiting hot springs. In general, this study seeks to begin to quantify aspects of the 'Harbin experience', scientifically, and ethnographically, both actually and virtually, physically and digitally, and in developing a realistic virtual earth for STEM, at the street view, cell and molecular levels."

While Fettes could be a seed for beginning the organizational process for all ~200 countries' universities, it might 'devolve' to being the British Isle 'seed' for then later England WUaS, Wales WUaS, Ireland WUaS etc ... 

Colonialism (e.g. in the social science literature and in the law of many many countries, and in these languages) is another enormous set of moral wrongs to navigate ahead away from, and in new ethical ways. The Web offers hope in these regards.

All to explore in WUaS Monthly Business Meeting as well.
