Am not finding anything about how best to compost in the city of Pgh, since the farmer's markets with drop off containers for compost close for winter ... go figure ... and without a home garden and related compost bin the valuable vegetable and fruit scraps are going into the trash :( .. (even with the helpful emerging Pgh SINGLE STREAM recycling rethink for 2023 ... https://pittsburghpa.gov/dpw/residential-recycling ... and am neither going to begin a winter garden outside so late in season ... re any of Vivaldi's 4 Seasons ... great version  
with compost bin, NOR JUST A Compost bin either )
