In this asylum journey, for myself and World Univ & Sch, and in leaving the SF Bay Area August 1, 2022, - in whistle-blowing about the SF Quaker Meeting, UC Berkeley Law, Cal, Stanford University, Canyon 94516, Harbin Hot Springs regarding ethical wrongdoing, harming, and illegal activities (potentially with women, kids, men, victims etc.) and in calling the police too in Canyon 94516 twice in September 2020, the new addresses regarding the United States Postal Service, and related organizations like banks etc., for World Univ & Sch and myself are involved in a complicated routing system. in about the 3rd week of September, I called Wells Fargo bank, based in California I think, and requested they change the 5 accounts for myself and WUaS to 210 East End Avenue, and send me on paper 5 updated bank statements with NEW ADDRESS, so I could get a Driver's License, AND to test the USPS mail system. So after writing yesterday asking about the possible theft of 5 Wells' Fargo bank statements in late September, today I received 1 of 5 Wells Fargo bank statements on paper - for nonprofit World Univ & Sch - dated October 26, 2022 ... and to this curious address:

(One reason this is a strange address is because POB 442 has been my and WUaS's Po Box in Canyon CA 94516 for around 10- 15 years ... and could Wells Fargo bank be leaving this information in this address ... should I return to 670A Ridgecrest Road, PO Box 442, Canyon CA 94516 on 9/1/23 in possibly getting a new WUaS Academic Medical Center with Warm Water Cure for a song ... - due to possible depraved criminality in Canyon and at least since the 1960s, and possibly back to the 1800s even??? ... and hence calling for abolition in part).
Could PA local 'state actors' or some people in one of many security apparati (nation states' or one of 50 US states, or merchant uniformed services' peoples) have been tampering with the federal US mails? ... and as I continue to call for abolition of modern forms of slavery including in the illegal sex and drug industries internationally ... and regarding their latent networks of violence? ... and could such local 'state actors' ... could they be Swiss soldier merchants, hired on for the highest price? ... and taking orders from corrupt illegal sex industry purveyors, sex offenders, pedophiles, perpetrators ...?

So, if WUaS were to begin this PRE-APPLICATION on April 1, 2023, provided WUaS could get this 1,500 PRE-APPLICATION Inquiry fee, and the $3000 PRE-APPLICATION site visit fee = $4,500 money (I saw in a Google Search yesterday), and then since 5 months would be September 1, 2022, could WUaS in this same time span, begin to reach out to the departments of Education in all the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education ("It accredits nearly 600 institutions, primarily in Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands" ... from Wikipedia) ... and with a new WUaS platform including from reimbursement (with even Stanford Mine Pi cryptocurrency in the future via a Google WUaS platform), ... and via WUaS Google Classroom + Google Education with CC-4 MIT OCW -centric WUAS degrees that will be free to students? Beginning December 1 could mean WUaS could begin the 12-18 APPLICATION process on May 1, 2023 ... and maybe get more easily into these 4 US and all of the 50 US states' departments of education for matriculating WUaS students for free Bachelor degrees on September 1 ... if World Univ & Sch can get the $4,500 money together to pay MSCHE for December 1, 2022 ...
All of the above, financially, possibly involves not going to the MSCHE Annual Meeting fromDec 7-9 ... where on the other hand WUaS might learn so so much more than just going email PRE-APPLICATION and APPLICATION ... especially regarding the value of networking.

Besides the knowledge gained, and the MSCHE networking, this conference personally doesn't have a lot of appeal since it doesn't seem that high quality or Google innovative ...but it would be practical or pragmatically helpful possibly ... AND it could get the VITAL WUaS accreditation ball ROLLING in a big way too ...

Greetings from Pennsylvania, having moved, in seeking asylum, from California leaving August 1, 2022 - with new accreditation potential in PA with MSCHE,( compared with CA with WASC senior and concurrently initially for 2 years with state of CA's BPPE licensing, that latter of which didn't work out pre coronavirus-pandemic). WUaS just BEGAN initial accreditation with the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) with offices in the greater Philadelphia, PA area on Monday 11/7/22 (and see - https://www.youtube.com/
But MIT OCW-centric World Univ & Sch doesn't have the financial resources yet to go to the MSCHE Annual Conference in Philadelphia on Dec 7-9, 2022 (costing about $2000), let alone begin the MSCHE Pre-Application process, possibly costing $5000, so WUaS is seeking other ways to accredit with MSCHE and has emailed them at applicationprocess@msche.org to begin this process on Monday, 7 Nov 2022.
After receiving your email yesterday, Rifai, I looked up the fees for DEAC, found:

FY 2021-2022
DEAC Dues shall be the following: Annual dues shall be eighty-six hundredths of one percent (. 86% or . 0086) of school cash collections up to $3,500,000, but in no case, shall an organization pay dues of less than $3,000.
... which monies WUaS doesn't have either (and WUaS will probably begin to think further about long-term fees for accreditation now thanks to your email, and in making our WUaS free degrees available to matriculating students in all ~200 countries in the world).
So at this stage, I think WUaS will proceed with the remarkable new MSCHE opportunity and accreditation process, with WUaS having new office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and perhaps with time explore the other accreditation agencies (US State Department too - thank you!) you pointed out -
