CC MIT OCW, UC Berkeley and CC WUaS in a 3-way developing partnership via Berkeley Law?

CC MIT OCW, UC Berkeley and CC WUaS in a 3-way developing partnership via Berkeley Law?

In thinking through how WUaS partnering might work institutionally with UC~Berkeley~Law, I've been long curious whether there are any precedents of UC Berkeley/Cal collaborating with Stanford University, and how CC WUaS might build on these, but it just occurred to me that CC MIT OCW is probably a better example, where its Creative Commons licensing, and then also MIT itself, might become partners with UC Berkeley and via or with CC World University and School - in a kind of 3-way developing partnership.
