Parnassius: WUaS holding Conversation group video Hangouts 24/7 even, With an idea focus, What are the idea sparks to make these most fun?, How to inform/instruct the interns (e.g. Reed College students) to make these fun and stimulating?

For community building here at WUaS and via this G+ community page - https://plus.google.com/communities/116251696406981539440 - and at WUaS more generally,

I'm excited about interns at WUaS holding Conversation group video G+ Hangouts 24/7 even,

first in large languages, and then in all 9,000+ languages, and with an idea focus

(and only somewhat academic focus, and also for language learning)

and eventually holding G+ group musical hangouts too,

- for community building especially.

What are the idea sparks to make these most fun? How to inform/instruct the interns (e.g. Reed College students) to make these fun and stimulating?

What G+ Hangout examples or similar already exist that are far-reachingly fun and idea focused?

Here's an example of a G+ Hangout from WUaS Youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/user/WorldUnivandSch - but WUaS "conversation interns," 24/7, may create very different Hangouts potentially:

Some of this will lead up to course work for credit engaging the conference method (vis-a-vis Reed College):
